that's exactly what that means! i never even considered that other parts of the country may not have heard that term.

usually Free Will happens when it's a fundraiser for anything from sports to religious to health reasons. it happens at suppers and breakfasts too. it usually is pretty productive...say, instead of charging $8 for a bag of stuff or 2 meals...the person would probably just throw in a $10..thus making $2 more.

I'd paint the top two, but not the bottom two. I think you'd lose too much detail if painted the bottom ones, because they have that double horse head. It might just look weird.
